Welcome to the site.

Forbiddenbarn.com is the latest incarnation of a website that has its roots in Planet Buffy, a long-running Buffy/Angel website that originally launched in 1998. Over the next couple of years, the site was joined by others devoted to other series, from both the UK and the US, with a mixture of news, features, fiction and reviews.

With the original shows now out of production, the sites have been reformatted into two - Girls Kick Ass, a news site devoted to actresses who star (or who have starred) in various cult TV series, and this one, which concentrates on reviews, features and fiction to a wide variety of television series (and the occasional film).

The site is currently being revamped from its previous incarnation, but I'm endeavouring to get all the templates updated as quickly as possible. In the meantime, some of the banners and sidebars in each section might not reflect the correct show, but these will be updated once all the templates are all up and running.

All of the index pages are now up and running, with the temporary exception of the Doctor Who episode review one. The Who section is so large that I'm currently working out the best way to index everything satisfactorily. In addition, the reviews and other pages are now being transferred to the new look, but this will be a long job, as some haven't been changed from three revamps ago. The good news is, once they're updated, any future revamps will be much easier.
