PLOT
It's
that time of the month again - Oz has to be chained up in the
library, only this time he escaped, which meant Buffy had to
hit him, leaving Oz with a broken arm, and Buffy short of a
friend, as Willow is not speaking to her. Thankfully there
appear to be no vampires on the streets at the moment, but there
could be a worse threat as there appears to be another werewolf
on the scene, but is all exactly what it seems?
ART
The
worst art so far in a Buffy comic! Has Gomez ever
seen the TV series? (That's Cordy and Xander above, or
at least I think it is...)
STORY
The
Willow and Buffy not speaking to each other plotline was good,
but the Helldog didn't seem scary enough to me.
OVERALL
It'll
only be a "Happy New Year" when Gomez leaves the Buffy
franchise! Roll on #9 when Bennett returns as the "get
rid of Gomez" campaign is drawing closer... BACK
