Since Angel was cancelled, David Boreanaz's career has gone to the dogs - literally. People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals (PETA) has recruited the dog-loving actor to appear in a new public-service campaign urging pet owners not to chain their four-legged family members in the backyard. The ads will screen from September.
